What we build
Special-purpose machines find application across most industrial sectors — from automotive and electronics to packaging and precision mechanics.
Assembly of sub-assemblies
Semi-automated or fully automated assembly of various product sub-assemblies — screwing, pressing, component orientation, dosing. The machine works to a defined cycle time, independent of operator skill.
Quality inspection and testing
Output testing directly within the production line cycle time. A special-purpose machine inspects every part and eliminates the human-factor errors that affect manual production. Results are sorted into OK and NOK without operator intervention.
Transport and OK/NOK sorting
Automatic pick-up of the product from the preceding workstation, transfer to a conveyor or further operation, and result sorting. Integration into the existing production line — both mechanically and via communication.
How we proceed
We deliver turnkey — from specification through FAT at our works to the handover of source code and documentation.
Specification and feasibility study
We go through the application parameters with you — cycle time, type of operation, line integration, environment. We prepare a technical analysis and a feasibility study.
Design and engineering
Mechanical design (CAD), electrical project documentation (EPLAN), selection of components and subcontractors for both mechanics and electrics.
Manufacturing and commissioning
Mechanical manufacturing, electrical assembly, PLC and HMI programming. Commissioning and tuning in our workshop on real products.
FAT at the supplier
The Factory Acceptance Test takes place at our works before dispatch. You take over a functional, tuned machine — not an unfinished project to be sorted out on your shop floor.
Installation and handover
Installation at the customer's site, SAT, operator training. Handover of complete documentation: PLC source code, EPLAN, operating manual.
